The Department of Agriculture Region 9 Technical Director for Extension, LGU Support and Infrastructure, Constancio G. Alama said that aside from rice we should also eat and try other staples like adlai, banana, potato, cassava, sweet potato, corn and gabi which are even more nutritious than rice. (maa)
