Military benefits from OCD’s “First Responder Course”

 Trainees learned the application of standard triangular bandages for injuries in whatever part of the body (4CRGAFP/PIA9-ZBST)

 An emergency scenario where there are several injured victims needing the assistance, and the challenge for first responder paramedics is how to manage the situation and give assistance to the ones who needed it most (4CRGAFP/PIA9-ZBST)

BASCOMNET elects new board of directors on its 10th milestone year

 The Basilan Communicators Network (BASCOMNET) Inc. held its 10th milestone year general assembly last June 13 to elect its new set of Board of Directors who will hold office for two years from 2012-2014. (Rene V. Carbayas, PIA9-ZBST)
