City Local Government Operations Officer Paulina Gadiano reads
DILG’s memo circular NO. 2012-90 mandating all provincial governors, city
mayors, municipal mayors, DILG regional directors, ARMM regional governors, and
others concerned to properly observe the 114th anniversary of the
Battle of Alapan and National Day Flag. The celebrations runs from May 28-June
12, 2012.

displayed by the Department of the Interior and Local Government in front of
the city hall in the celebration of 114th anniversary of the Battle
of Alapan and National Flag Day.
