"Palakasin pa natin ang ating puwersa sa mabuting pamamahala, dagdagan pa natin ang mga tunay na kasangga na maghahatid sa Dipolog, sa Zamboanga del Norte, at sa buong bansa sa tunay na ginhawa," the President asked to the people.
