DILG9 regional director Paisal Abutazil, assisted by provincial director Abcede Asjali and mayor Allan Damas,  leads the groundbreaking and capsule-laying ceremonies for the construction of municipal streets in Kumalarang, Zamboanga del Sur, the LGU’s approved project under the Local Government Support Fund (LGSF) of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) on Thursday, April 19.on Thursday, April 19 .
